I love celebrating the new year. There’s nothing better than a new beginning and a clean slate. The holidays are over and it’s time focus on the future.
I don’t believe in New Years resolutions, but I do believe in setting a few annual goals.
Welcome to 2014!
I’m ready, are you?
Here are a few of my writing goals for 2014:
Publish Broken Embrace, even if it kills me. 🙂
Take at least one writing class, two if I can swing it.
Finish and submit What the Heart Wants.
Outline the sequel to What the Heart Wants. This will be a three book series.
Seriously consider writing a fourth book in the Embrace Series. (Any comments or suggestions for this? Do you want another Embrace book? I have an idea, but I can’t share it until you know more about Broken Embrace.)
Spend more time promoting on Social Media. I’ve backed off on this over the last few months.
That’s about it for writing goals. I have a full time job and three kids outside of my writing life, that seriously limits my time and keeps my goal list short. Family, after all, is number one on all my lists.
To celebrate the New Year and my new goals, I’m giving away a signed copy of Precious Embrace and a Precious Embrace coffee mug. Good luck and
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
